Ever wondered what happens behind the scenes for your custom order here at Phi Psi Official Store? If you’re googling shirt ideas for your next rush event, formal, or philanthropy, and don’t know what the next steps are, here’s a sneak peak of how your idea for custom fraternity merch comes to life!
Step One: Receiving Your Response
Fill out our quick questionnaire which will just ask you for some basic information in regards to your order. Once that is filled out, a member of our team will reach out to you shortly to get your order started. Be sure to keep an eye out for an email/text from our team!
Step Two: Designing your order
Once our team follows up with you and we receive a response from you, we’ll send you some mockups trying to match what you would like for your order. The agent you are in contact with will relay any feedback you have on the initial design back to our art team. We will do our best to get a revision for you within 24 hours!
To help speed up the process, let us know if you’d like any specific brands, a budget you have in mind, or if you would like a custom merch link for your order. Feel free to check out our design vault as well if you are looking for art inspiration.
Step Three: Pricing and Payment
After you’ve approved the final design, we will begin working on a price that works best within your budget. A member of our team will send you a price to review, and once that is approved, we will forward you an invoice to pay.
You also have the option to pay through a custom apparel link, which works as an online storefront where you can purchase your items anytime, anywhere. All you will need to do is provide us with a date you would like the link closed. Once the link has been turned off, we will immediately start production on your order!
Step Four: Production
The moment your invoice has been paid, the member of the production team that is working on your order will print out all the necessary paperwork for our production staff. Our warehouse staff works hard to make each individual order the best it can be and ship it out as soon as possible!
Please note that our Standard Production time is 5-7 business days, which excludes all weekends and holidays.
Step 5: Shipment
And just like that, your order is on its way! Once your order is complete, you’ll receive an email with tracking information where you can track your order. We ship all of our orders out of our warehouse in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Step 6: Arrival
That was quick, wasn’t it? You’ll get a notification via email once your order is delivered.
